The application of accessories and / or components is only informative and not binding.
No request will be processed in firm until its validation by SOTELEC SL.
The selling price of the accessories is valid for a period of 15 days from the response from SOTELEC SL and does not include transportation costs.
All supplied accessories are original and guaranteed by the manufacturer.
Returns and payments will not be accepted once unsealing the accessory
Application and repair management
The submission form provided by this application, not serve in any case as proof of deposit of equipment, or accessories in Sotelec S.L. only it serves as reference control shipping for the customer to check the status of your repair at our facility.
USE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND, DEFECT, EXTREME MEASURES WITH PACKING TO AVOID USING BLOWS IN TRANSPORTATION. Warranty repairs ALWAYS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE INVOICE OR DELIVERY NOTE.
All repairs performed in Sotelec pass a strict control operation so if you get your team / s back, once repaired, and observed anomalies of any kind in the operation of the equipment, immediately contact with us and with the agency transport to debrief the team has taken a hit.
SOTELEC SL WARRANT FOR ALL YOUR REPAIR A PERIOD OF 4 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE INVOICE.
