{"id":2414,"date":"2014-04-28T10:45:19","date_gmt":"2014-04-28T10:45:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.messec.net\/community\/?p=447"},"modified":"2014-04-28T10:45:19","modified_gmt":"2014-04-28T10:45:19","slug":"photosuite-no-imprime-y-la-cola-de-printmodule-esta-vacia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sotelec.es\/en\/photosuite-no-imprime-y-la-cola-de-printmodule-esta-vacia","title":{"rendered":"Photosuite\/PSStudio\/PSEvents no imprime y la cola de PrintModule est\u00e1 vac\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>S\u00edntoma<\/h1>\n<p>Aparentemente se genera bien una orden (servicio Prints, Greetings\u2026) y se vuelve a la pantalla principal.<\/p>\n<p>Pero en Printmodule no se genera la orden, no aparece nada en su pantalla ni en la carpeta de pedidos.<\/p>\n<h1>Motivo<\/h1>\n<p>Se ha corrompido un fichero.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Verificar<\/strong><\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li>Photosuite\/PSStudio\/PSEvents y PrintModule se ejecutan de manera correcta<\/li>\n<li>La impresora es detectada correctamente en el Administrador de Dispositivos de Windows y por PrintModule<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.messec.net\/community\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/photo_1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-448\" src=\"http:\/\/www.messec.net\/community\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/photo_1-300x104.png\" alt=\"photo_1\" width=\"366\" height=\"127\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.messec.net\/community\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/photo_2.png.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-449\" src=\"http:\/\/www.messec.net\/community\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/photo_2.png-300x221.jpg\" alt=\"photo_2.png\" width=\"399\" height=\"294\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>Acciones<\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li>Cerrar las aplicaciones de Photosuite\/PSStudio\/PSEvents \u00a0y PrintModule<\/li>\n<li>Eliminar el fichero Meccano.Photo.Common.Communication.PrintServer.PrintModule.dat.
