  • Original packaging should be used for all repairs. Warranty repairs must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • SOTELEC SL guarantees repairs for 4 months from the invoice date.

If any issues are observed upon receiving the repaired equipment, please contact both the company and the transport provider immediately to report the damage.
