Reason
The driver allows to change this value only if it is working under an adminsitrator user. If you are working under a regular user you will see this parameter grayed out.
Procedure
- Log out.
- Log in as system administrator [if you don’t know how to do it, please contact to your systems administrator].
- Go to Devices and Printers > Right click on your printer > Printing preferences and then, change the value as you need.
- Log out.
- Log in as your regular user.
The value configured as administrator will apply to all users
