When we make a change in PrinterSettingTool the “save” option and close the software is not enough. It’s needed to close the Print Module:
Search icon Print Module in taskbar, press right button and select Exit.
After we can run the process manually from C:\Program Files\PS Solutions\PrintModule
Other solution is rebooting the computer.
