Problem detect:
Device manager give a “Warning” or “?” Show in the picture.
The printer with this warning has following problem
– Print Module cannot detects the printer
– PSStudio and PSSuite Cannot print
Check as follow:
– Cable has USB 2.0 certification and no longer of 1,5mt
– Windows is update with last patch (Win 8 and Win 8.1 especially)
– In case of Grey printer maybe need to be convert in hybrid mode using SW show in the picture, run as administrator mode.
– Run manually USB DRV Updater for install the printer
