Problem:
During the PSStudio or PSEvents activation or registration appear the error shows below:
Please do as follow:
– Update windows with last patch (Win 8 and Win 8.1 especially)
– download the manual from http://www.mitsubishielectric-printing.com/photosuite/ps-events/downloads-ps-events and check the Annexe I installation manual
In case the problem persist check as follow:
For PSEvents
C:\programdata\PSSolutions\PSevents\Logs\
Check the PSEventsLauncher.txt file
For PSStudio
C:\programdata\PSSolutions\PSstudio\Logs\
Check the PSStudioLauncher.txt File
If give back below message:
Please contact Service Support.
